Kinship Networking is a social mechanics company. We use insights drawn from sociology, anthropology and behavioural biology (specifically social insects) to model the connections between people in-order to influence and change the social systems that drive business success.

Kinship was founded in 2007 to help businesses gain competitive advantage through the understanding of social mechanics.

Our insight came from the combined knowledge and backgrounds of our founders; social communities in biology, self organising systems in business strategy and technologies that allow people to interact with people not just machines. We distilled this insight into clear rules for social systems which we called the rules of Kinship.
